Seth Freedman is a founding partner of Freedman Benipal Wu LLP, where he focuses on residential and commercial real estate, mortgage and private lending, and business law for clients across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario. Seth guides buyers, sellers, developers, investors, and lenders through every stage of a transaction, from the agreement of purchase and sale through to a smooth, on-time closing.
Over more than a decade in practice, Seth has built a reputation for fast, reliable closings and direct, responsive communication. He acts regularly for private lenders, mortgage investment corporations (MICs), and mortgage brokerages, and reviews their loan and security documents thoroughly to identify and resolve potential issues before they become problems. When title or transactional problems arise, he resolves them quickly and professionally to keep deals on schedule.
Before co-founding the firm in 2026, Seth practised real estate and corporate law at established Toronto firms, acting on residential and commercial transactions, mortgage financing, and corporate matters. He works closely with real estate agents, brokers, individuals, investors, and financial professionals who value execution speed, clear communication, and commercially sound outcomes.
