Greg Wu is a founding partner of Freedman Benipal Wu LLP and brings more than a decade of experience to the firm’s real estate and lending practice. He acts on residential and commercial purchases and sales, mortgages and refinancing, and title transfers, and advises lenders on mortgage enforcement and power of sale, giving borrowers and lenders alike a steady, experienced hand on transactions of every size.
Greg’s practice also extends to wills, powers of attorney for property and personal care, and family trust and estate planning, allowing clients to rely on a single trusted advisor for both their real estate and their longer-term planning.
